Lower HOA fees for every owner in your community.
Board members carry the budget for everyone. We help with one of the biggest movable line items: internet, TV, and phone. We check what carriers can serve your address today, and send you the options. It never costs the association a dime.

We only win when your bills go down.
Providers pay us a commission when a community switches. Your association pays nothing, buys nothing, and every dollar saved stays with your owners. A win for the board, a win for the neighbors.

Why HOA fees creep up
Bulk telecom agreements often run five to ten years and renew on their own. Meanwhile fiber gets built to the street, new carriers move in, and the community keeps paying old prices for old service.
Volunteer boards rarely have time to re-bid. We take that on, and we check the building’s wiring first so a switch works the day it happens.

Telecom is the line item a board can move fastest. We’re building partners for the rest.
What could your neighbors save?
Communities we’ve re-bid saved 30–55% on bulk telecom. Try your numbers.

A real community
Oceanfront condominium, 58 units, Florida
Their community-wide cable internet kept going out and cost $2,400 a month. We moved them to 1 Gbps fiber with a Starlink failover for $1,100, and brought TV down from $41 to $28 per unit. The board passed the savings to owners, and the service has stayed up.
For board members
Bulk contract review checklist
Pull your current bulk agreement and go through these before the next meeting. If three or more are hard to answer, it’s time to re-bid.
- What is the end date, and how long is the auto-renewal term?
- How many days’ notice to cancel or renegotiate, and to whom?
- What speed and uptime are guaranteed in writing, and what happens when they’re missed?
- What’s the per-unit rate now versus at signing? Annual escalators add up.
- Who owns the wiring, equipment, and conduit when the contract ends?
- Is there an exclusivity clause that blocks other carriers?
- Has fiber been built to your street since you signed?
Questions boards ask us
What does this cost the association?
Nothing. Carriers pay us a commission when a community signs with them. The check, the comparison, and the guidance are free.
We’re mid-contract. Is it worth checking?
Yes. Knowing what’s available gives you leverage at renewal and time to plan. Some contracts have performance clauses that open an early exit.
Who runs the availability check?
A national carrier network covering fiber, cable, fixed wireless, and satellite, queried at your exact address. Results go to you, not to providers.
What if our building’s wiring can’t handle a switch?
We assess the property’s infrastructure and can manage a build-out if one is needed. Saving money never depends on hiring us for that.
Do you only handle internet, TV, and phone?
For now. We’re adding partners for insurance, landscaping, management, and security so boards can review every big line item in one place.
